Supposedly to spend RM250 to get 6k of points but the quota already finished, but automatic redeeming the free 3k points (which actually spent RM150 to get)

My guess is that earlier when both rewards are still available.
Grab has cautioned on which rewards you want to aim for:

Tip: Decide before you spend, as each user is entitled to only 1 redemption

When the 6k points finished, it doesn't matter for subsequent eligible users.

Heard about E-pay for paying bills like tnb, unifi. Is e-pay reliable? Saw from review that a lot of payment does not go through but credit deducted.

A slight diversion, e-pay doesn't offer bill payment for TNB anymore.

So far ok for me. Btw, can't pay tnb at epay.

Very reliable. Acknowledgement from UniFi in less than 5 mins and less than 20 mins for TNB but they stopped accepting TNB payments in March (frontend) and June (backend).

1st one rm150 done on 12.35pm got bonus 3000pts.
2nd one rm150 done at 1.10pm rejected n refunded but still rewarded with 300+ points.

1.55pm, 3000 extra points received instantly.
