Value in wallet cannot exceed 1.5k. I do reload RM 1k at once for few times already, no issue so far.

I had this problem too when I just changed to a new phone. I cannot really recall what I did but should be one of the below options:
1) Restart phone
2) Uninstall and reinstall the app again

There's no separate validity for KF, it's 3 years across for all redemptions.
