U just lucky get golden battery... My xs max 100% after 1 year use... my 11 pro max 88% after 1 year use... my friend more unlucky get lemon battery 3 month 79% then he go claim warranty now he got golden battery

I think this is quite true, my XR battery current capacity is 91% but it stays at this level very long, maybe about a year. When I got my phone in 2018, I did game on the phone till 2019, after that I use my tablet for gaming more and the battery stays at 91% till now. My phone battery capacity started to drop in the mid of 2019 or so.

Yeah. Many ppl use high intensive apps or play game while charging, and then blame on fast charge degrading their battery.

I don’t think so... i use 3rd party fast charging on xs max and playing while charging... still 100% after use... it’s depend u got golden battery or not... just like intel cpu some golden cpu can overclock higher some cant even it’s the same type of cpu

ill say one thing only la, dont trust the battery health thing too much. its sometimes skewed

the rule of thumb remain, the more charging cycle and usage of the device the faster it dies. thats that haha

my friend belasah his XS with gaming, waze, browsing etc and his one already 86%? and he bought it months after my XR lol

I remember my battery health increases after factory reset

I dun bother about the battery health thing, just use / charge as it is.
If the battery health low, then just be prepared to change the battery as all things will wear and tear.

The % to me is only indicator on when to replace the battery

It is a significant upgrade over the 6S particularly in terms of battery life, but if you can hold on and see if the 11 series will get deeper discounts then that would be better.

I think better get the iphone 11 if you from iphone 6s
Or since u are used to the small size phone, better go for iphone 12 mini?

can’t really tell if the 11 have better signal reception compared to XR.

but, XR significantly have lower signal reception if compared to other Android phones, e.g redmi, huawei
