Risk of buying from T&L.

My Xs Max and Xr from T&L had no issues. Packaged well and arrived in pristine condition.

Yeah all depends on luck i guess.

that's why always buy from apple online store and NOT even authorized dealer. becos if there is anything with the phone, can do one to one exchange. even you buy from authorized dealer, there is no such thing.

Agree, looks like a handling issue.

I called them in the morning. The cs recommended me to self- collect coz that particular office is under staffed. Since it’s quite near, I just went to collect rather then waiting whole day for the delivery man. Their customer service is good though even when collecting.

The phone is good. Easy to grasp and big enough screen. I prefer the muted coral color on the side frame which looks more elegant. the back part color is a bit too bright. I can still live with it though.

Anyway, I bought the hoda sp from machines and got them to install. I also bought a clear case from maxis with 20% off. Nothing fancy and the case looks decent enough.

I’m almost done with the setup. Just need to switch the SIM card and setup the Face ID. Overall, I’m quite happy with my purchase.

Just ordered a REMAX EMPEROR 9D High Alumina Secondary Hardening Tempered Glass for iPhone XR from lazada ... Any casing to recommend that's compatible with the tempered glass and also able to showcase the red xr instead of hiding its beauty?

Anyone using coral colour here?

Most probably OEM lah but I won't ask for refund. Lol. Rm 30 only. It's OK. I'll just Consider it as me doing something good for the xr community here. Lol
