I am new to this project and curious, why Teduh only show the sold unit for Block A only, what about Block B and C? Thanks |

Wondering why they wouldnt start selling Block B and C yet. Tbh they are selling at a fair value, but yet not able to sold out. Not sure if its worth the risk.

Quite impossible to have the completion by end 2026 if the building is at cp level.
Anyhow, the loophole is there if the spa was signed at the later stage giving dev time to drag on further. Just an assumption here. |
