Care to share where you got these price points? My reliable source is telling me price should be between RM 800-850 psqft, comparable to the current market of surrounding area.

I think this one can fly, buy 3 units, upon VP sell one unit at profit to get the fund to furnish the other 2 units for rental.

Do I sound like a property guru?

this is what I heard as well. around 800psf.
which is already lower than surrounding undercon.

650psf abit too extreme

this located on the fringe of dutamas near the cemetery and kampung there. not a surprise if sell cheaper coz of cemetery
