Care to share where you got these price points? My reliable source is telling me price should be between RM 800-850 psqft, comparable to the current market of surrounding area.

Valuation obtained are RM900psf which would be the possible benchmark for their last block (With some adjustments downwards of 10%). RM650psf or RM600psf in fact was the latest proposal for pre-launch price 1st block
