They vision is to make use of it to enchance internet connectivity like here in the US for game servers like CS 1.6, to play against west coast from east coast have 100+ ping latency. With the widgets, it will run smoothly at 1 ping latency. Unfortunately, they are not rich so they need funds from other to get listed in NYSE. Now the company is basically own by the rich who funded them. The other prob they couldnt find how to mass-produce it, it just too complicated. See even if u found new technology by now, u will need more skills to survive. My point was it is better he use his spare imagination to other skills. do u know that.. for the graphics to be more realistic.. the more work is needed to be put on it???

eg.. artist have to develop multiple maps/textures and ultra high detail poly with tesselation, lotsa shader programming(i mean ALOT for effects like raytracing, refraction,reflection,tesselation, etc etc...) , motion capture, etc etc

i don't think its worth the time/effort/money.. other than to show proof of concept

as if sony ps3 claims can do all amazing physics calculations using Cell processor. Now i know that is still isn't enough

anyway, do u guys think that our current PCs (8800 Ultra with C2Q) can render the frame of images at a frame rate of a motion picture on the fly aka realtime? The image quality, physics, background, textures have to be on par with Shrek 3 or FF7 Advent children and etc

now isnt 8800gtx can render all the testing in 3dmark 06 with high fps? all of the testing video's lifeliness  in 3dmark06 is very close to those highend CG movies

Next time if its already out, i know ill be enjoying it playing counter-strike with super minor lag no matter where the other team comes from (east coast, west coast, midwest, south etc).
