Twice I encountered at The Chicken Rice shop at Nu Sentral Mall.
Upon payment , then only took out the payment terminal, power on, wait for it (like 5 minutes), login then pay. Luckily there was no customer queuing behind.

eWallet is supposed to make payment faster, but it has became the other way round.

Experience in Tesco was great though, scan it yourself!

What i did was to use bank accounts from 2 different banks for withdrawal. One for each day.

Has anyone bought KLIA Express using Boost App?

Helping a friend to buy on behalf cause it's cheaper using the app. But not sure how the purchase tickets would be like and how to pass to friend.

I feel Boost has too many promotions and campaigns (which is good to the consumers) and overwhelms the customer service with complaints and queries.
The app is beginning to see bugs here and there and no concrete action has been taken to remedy.

yup, understood that.

I have only performed 1 withdrawal this month. The other 2 accounts are clear (no withdrawal done for months). But still no avail.
