I browse thru ezAdu, there is a category of 'Internet Transaction' that you can file a complaint if there are actual financial loses.
My experience with the portal previously after SST 2.0 was introduced, there will be officer assigned to the case and call you up for clarification or inform of update. Quite a good service actually.

Been having problem paying with Boost in 3 occasions recently:

Caring Pharmacy, Tesco and The Chicken Rice Shop

Not sure if it's my account, the merchant's machine/connection or Boost Pay itself.

Now I can't even top up my own phone's credit. bangwall.gif

I am so surprised to receive a call from Boost Support (Poovan) today. After all the issues with not able to pay with Boost, unable to transfer fund to other Boost account, unable to withdraw to bank account, unable to top up mobile credit, I have given up on Boost. And they called.

According to Boost Support, the balance in their system does not tally with my Boost App. Which is why all these issues.

So, he is telling me that there are 2 separate balances : one from the app and the other from their system. What logic is that?

Anyway, he said he will come back to me tomorrow. I'll see if they really meant it and if that solves all the predicaments I have with Boost wallet. Will update again.

i did twice Amex top up, triggered OTP, top up successfully.

BP, RM10 also trigger OTP, all failed.

OK, so they never called back (why am I not surprised).

But I did try to use Boost to top up my phone credit and now it works.
Over the weekend, I paid close to RM250 groceries and it worked, too. rclxms.gif (since when if Boost works for payment, it's like a lucky charm?)
I withdrew fund to bank account, it worked, too!! hooray!

the wallet only takes RM1500 max. With withdrawal limit per month of RM4500, one needs to have spending power or channels to transfer out to other wallets in order to reach RM15000 per month, right?

Asking on behalf of a friend.

Has anyone successfully paid UMobile postpaid bill via Boost?
The account number has a dot and Boost is complaining that it's invalid account number.

Appreciate your input.

tried. transaction failed (at least not due to account number). from transaction histories, can see payment and reversal going in pairs.
I think Boost is having problem for UMobile postpaid payment.

1. It's seasonal, all depends on Boost.

2. Amex card 2 during weekend top up can get 5% and 5x TP.
