could be the same issue like I had - the balance on the system didn't tally with the balance on the app (per Boost CS). Once fixed, it will be ok.

I tried to boost at KFC Sentul Boulevard last Friday. There was no Boost sticker any where in sight.
When I asked if Boost is accepted, the cashier approached the manager immediately. And the manager immediately called up someone for instructions.
In the end, they scanned my QR code and it got thru successfully. Luckily there was no crowd behind me, otherwise it will hold up the queue.

This is something new to them, so the various outlets may or may not know how to accept Boost, yet.

both problem can be mitigated by withdraw out to a 2nd account number, provided if you have not exceeded RM4500 withdrawal limit/month. biggrin.gif

That's paying thru RevPay right? You should get in touch with RevPay first, instead of the seller.

I found the pop up screen at launch very annoying. Especially when you want to pay at the counter with a line of people behind you and the pop up screen takes time to load. Then yesterday got 2 pop ups some more... walau... really irritated me close to max.
