Waited for 8 hours the Christmas Special Mission still not completed..........that is a bit too much!

Boost is not upto standard like that.... You must know when that Mission is incomplete,
how you expect customers to repeat? telling us can repeat that Mission as many times as we want?

My account had been verified 4 months ago, using it as premium wallet happily... then last few days noted "Account verification unsuccessful" on profile page.

i tried to verify again, snap IC (only requested 1 view? front only?)
then proceeded to selfie, but keep failing at selfie stage.

Anyone having this issue of successfully verified few months ago, and now Boost said verification unsuccessful
and unable to get verification again?

i never cash out or transfer to bank SA still kena kacau by Boost! And i only have 1 Account with my IC.

problem is taking the selfie,
it keep saying unable to focus face, have to keep repeating selfie few times and when finally taken selfie it will spin and spin and
then showed "sorry Upgrade Failed" straight away..

I would expect after submitted IC and selfie, Boost staffs would have to review it first before any decision,
but this is like failed at the stage of trying to submit verification to Boost

Then i tried using different phones to verify and now i am stucked it says i cant login to my new phone,
max can access with only 5 devices.

Anybody can help how to "delete Boost memory on my old phones" so that i can login Boost with new phone now?

No. my other family accounts verified once only,never kena kacau.

what do you mean on dual apps?
can login 2 different Boost accounts simultaneously on same phone ?

Can 1 person IC have more than 1 Boost accounts ,both also premium and verified?

i am fed up with the CS reply, standard copy paste no help at all.
funny thing i am getting the Surprise Shake......so verify again or not seems not important,

Boost system is haphazard, your account already verified it can come back and kacau u to verify
and yet u dont bother to verify again it still functions like verified premium wallet

The disturbing notice on profile telling verification failed, finally gone despite me failing to do reverification.

Conclusion - Boost system can be crazy
if your account verified before and functions like premium wallet, just ignore that silly notice if it comes to kacau you on profile page.

maybe that way also my problem solved by itself without me realising

T&C says members must already claimed e tunai then only can play,
so i sent to brother ,,my brother wanted to accept my AP, but at the intro page , he was asked to ACCEPT ANG POW CHALLENGE , he clicked "ACCEPT challenge" and saw his OWN 2 Ang Pows there, and Boost said he had received multiple Ang Pows even though I am the only one who sent him! So he was unable to open my Ang Pow

And worse, on my Boost the Ang Pow is considered "sent", it showed him "joined", and the timer continues
my game over after 24 hrs.....

Like that better we just open the 2 Ang pows , no need send out lah.

Why lah the T&C says must already claimed etunai can play it!

How do we FORCE CLOSE that page asking us to "ACCEPT ANG POW CHALLENGE" or "YES"?

My family members all unable to force close, ended they all either accept the challenge , then the sender side showed recipient "joined"

Guys, try login to your shopback Account and check the amount of cashback shown there,
pending cash back is way higher than actual confirmed cashback.

I usually swipe RM100- RM200, so CB 2% at the beginning is like RM2- 4.00 ok
but by the time coming to confirmed they become RM0.20 - RM0.40
Shopback is very misleading showing big cashback but paying out so little.


end up total cashback earned in Novemeber 2019 only RM2.50
I thought i should get at least RM8.00 for so much i have swiped to sspn

PS: and i tried double check which transaction how much shopback CB, i tried tally the PTPTN email receipts for Boost transaction ID, i can never find the exact ID numbers and alphabet as in shopback ...?anyone can shed some light

that amount is your current spend so far plus last month's.

so if RM7680 and last month you maxed RM4500, that means so far you have spent RM3180.

It is a good indicator how much balance you can spend before max out this month

I just got RM10 x2 also from JOP card

But my Liver pool reload to Boost on 16.2.2020 2.00pm did not get Cash back, too late the next day??

Anyone tried using the same SCB card loading to 2 Boost accounts and all get CB?
