Checked with CS, at first they say my cc use in other boost account.
I insist that I never use in other boost account
Then they told me, credit card cash in was blocked due to my unusual transactions pattern.

My transactions are:
2x 1500 withdrawal
4k sspn payment
2k transfer to my sister boost

They don't even bother to reply when I ask further what unusual transactions pattern I have done.

Same goes to me in Mid Feb. Got soft ban using CC. Until 2x march, a week after email bank negara and bnm cc boost to reply me. I suddenly can use CC back. Ive keep on trying through out the 1 month ++ period, memang cannot use Cc.

Can only use online banking. Until now boost dont even bother to reply bnm email. Ahahah. The 14 days period lapse already, but they did secretly reactivate my cc topup

Ya, people tends to remove and add the 3rd or subsequent credit card to top up. But if you do it frequently, it may trigger their system to block you, this case happened on me. Just to be careful in future.

I do spending using boost quite frequently, of course also fully utilize its cash features too.
