Thanks for sharing. I didn't do that many, usually 300 but almost daily. Either they addressed this or my turn will come. Or maybe 10x triggered something.

So I better not keep too much money inside.

Supposed to deduct from voucher straight before your money, not refund/rebate.

I suggest contacting Support and ask them what went wrong.

Back in those days, I think late 2021, UnionPay QR was giving 40% cash cashback for a few merchants, capped at $4 per transaction. Can instantly do about 4x-5x. Petron was one of them. Now I don't know.

They just follow market trend to use chat bots. You can try email support@myboost.com.my. Last I did that, still got human reply.
