fortunately, mine was Caring and they agreed to refund me without any hassle. This is the second time I got hit by Boots ingenuity going with multiple wallets. And I've saved both PDFs for further disputes, in case they upload a new copy with different merchants.

You don't know why? I'll tell you why. They got creative in forfeiting some cashback or make you spend more by making more and more sub-wallets. Not properly tested, causing problem to both buyer and seller. Imagine everyone did what I did requesting to cancel orders. unnecessary overhead for them merchants.

while i topup and topup and topup to see if it needs full amount in main wallet before proceeding. Initially, SMO + Boots wallet were sufficient. The same thing happened a year or two ago and Boots blamed me for not doing it the right way. So this time, I get merchant to cancel order. No third time with Boots. I'll just stick with the Prepaid and Postpaid wallets.

It says minimum spend is 80. Didn't say must be 80 from Boots wallet. I went through the tnc to and fro when I failed to utilize the smo wallet

i'd rather they claw back and return me real MYR than SMO that devaluates faster than Venezuela's

yes, I got somewhere around there. didn't bother to max out the $40. Pharmacy, you know lah, not cheap

it matters because Partner Wallets have a limited lifespan

does 10x boots coins last 10x the normal validity? or 1/6th the validity?

that's 1/6th the regular validity. Either spend more to earn more Boots coins to spend more/lucky draw or spend less to earn just enough Boots coins

paid lazada today with Boots. Payment page showing that it will deduct from Main Wallet instead of Online Wallet. Balance in Main Wallet was way below what I'll be paying for, so I couldn't care less to proceed. Transaction went through and deducted from Online Wallet. This did not happen with Caring SMO 40%

no. i was using the Online Wallet, the one worth $15 redeemed with around 2200 Boots coins.

i think upper management sign up for SabutLokal, everything else is handled by participating ewallets. Cashier dont need to know what happens behind the scene. Just need to know they accept Boots and ShoppeePay.

MyNews is currently selling Nescafe at discounted price of $2.40 a can, so I didn't bother much with 2 at $4. Mr and Mrs DIY selling at $2.10 a can, regular price.

Edit 1.0 : nevermind. For some reason, no Boots update available in Playstore. Only get to update when Boots force me to update. I get what you mean now.

Edit 2.0 : topup with cash and spend will earn another 3x. So for every $1k topup + spend, get 6k Boots stars now, worth about $8. $5k earns about $40+-. I didn't bother with Std Charted Liverpool when it was 1%, not going to bother with ~1% here either.

it was same value until i tap on the main page. then it refreshed to 4x

if I don't have memory leak, Boots Stars for Online Banking will only be credited the next month. It's kinda troublesome for me.

Thanks for sharing. Was contemplating if I want to make a couple more transactions to topup my leftover stars to redeem $5 vouchers. I guess I'll return the stars to Boots or leave it for future. Probably worth $1.50.

You might get something (3x Boots stars) for the cash topup next month. That's half vs other spendings, if 0 stars for SSPN is final.

Maybe you can ask their Customer Support that you want to trade the $3-4 discount for 300-400 shoppee coins see ok or not. Or swap with me?
