I can keep everyone posted if something happens. I cannot reverify because i doubt they accept watermarked IC now. Back in those days, somehow I managed to beat them with help from Bank Negara (if I don't have memory leak).

This was like 5 years ago. BNM is not responsible with what others do with our IC. Techs also claim they are under PDPA but i haven't see any prosecution for breaching PDPA, probably because too difficult to trace the source.

Even ipay88 who has no benefit in losing card numbers they kept also can get hacked. IC is more valuable.

I wonder if they lost their IC database. Even banks don't do a mass reverification.

It's rather unfortunate that Bank Negara no longer cares as much as they used to. So Techs are free to go as dumb as they could.

The limit has nothing to do with the V/MA card no? As far as i know, 1000 is transferable funds sourced from credit card in T@NGo. T@NGo spending, i think is 4999 a day while Boost claims 9999.
