If you migrate to a new phone, one should log out properly from existing phone and login to the new phone.
Use the "Sign Out" or "Log Out" button in the app.

Hello any level 5 users here? Would like to ask for maintaining level 5 we have to do the following?
1. Complete the "maintain level 5 mission" and,
2. Meet the original requirements which are "25 transactions" and "RM 4,000" spending within a month
Only by completing both the above then can maintain level 5?
Or just do the maintain level 5 mission?

From level 4 to 5, I think u need to accomplish the mission to level up. Tananiki method is for level 5 users to maintain at level 5.
I created a basic account last month and completed 28+rm4000 but still need to complete the mission to unlock level 5. Good for those who earlier attained level 5 without such mission b4 this month.

My image above is for my new basic account @level 4. I dont intend to level up to L5 since it requires to do "unlock L5" mission. Monthly spend is limit to 2k only.


Now with the above announcement, come next year all my premium accounts will be maintain at L5, and all basic accounts at L4, without the need to complete any mission, right?

There's still annual limit of RM 59999 even though these limits are not there.

I see. Thanks. So it's 25x + RM4k? That will be way faster compared to 60x, waste time having to do RM5 every time to bump up to 60x.

But the amount I add is less than 50% of my monthly RM 4,999 limit la.

I still got use Boost for everyday other normal things including paying bills.

If your Level cannot be downgraded (due to the current pandemic), WHY us there Mission to maintain at Level 5 (if u at L5) ??
