bank will have to chase back the money, also he was told specifically there is no outstanding/floating and able to cancel the card. all these are recorded.

bank/boost should initiate all the legal means to get back the money but by no means users have to go to court etc, unless have no intention to pay back.

You should be OK if the bank not involved. I don't think Boost will chase you much. Last time their Mission Claim Rewards button got stuck, click until finger sore. That time wallet max is RM1500. More than 6 months already, no sound from them yet.

Comparing Boost to Grab Rewards:

Boost RM10 = 1680 points, and at Level 4 you spend RM840 to get that many points, so cash back rate is 1.2%.

Grab RM10 = 1600 points, and with GrabPay you get 3X points and spend RM533 to get that many points, so cash back is 1.9%.

I would spend on Grab all the time. Plus they accept Amex.

just did a transaction, no more base coins and i got 3.5X coins from the amount i spent, they also wont mention X 1 or X2, just give your the total coins earned, im at level 4 btw.

No more shake reward... replaced with up to X2/4/8 coins dpds on Level...

If unlucky get X1 only... previously if level 4 will get X2 + shake reward up to X8 .

You can get under x1 now on Level 3 where previously x1 is guaranteed

Few hours, mine completed at 1230am++ and need to wait till 8am++ only getting the status update

boost finally start to charge all the back dated transactions on 29Jul .....

Now, i have to call each bank credit card to ask them to cash back the CB that left out ....

Something's not right with Boost? I am level 4, just made a bill payment for RM40 but only got 79.2 points, that's only 1.98x previously was 2x, I thought wef 29/7 it's 4x for level 4? Any idea?
