Can you see Boost from your online banking?
So far only Bigpay and Touch n go available.

when u login to new device all cc will be gone and need to re-enter again

if it said u still have the same cc inside the acc but show nothing, then use another phone to login to fully clear it and back to your original phone and add again, no need trigger CS
