top up mobile credits rm10 & rm30 for several hours now, both transactions still can not get shake rewards, also the transaction counts is not moving.

true, i inserted it in 'My Credit' -> 'Credit gift card recharge' failed. truncate the code into 11 characters also failed.

is it key in here? this is my first time to buy presto gift card. anyone can guide me?

Edit: i download a different app 'Presto', and then link 'Prestomall' with my 'Presto' app, now i can redeem it. but still dunno how to use it.
