TERMS & CONDITIONS OF Boost X Setel 10% CASHBACK (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 October 2020 until 31 December 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users, whom have never signed up and transacted using the Setel application before 30 September 2020 (“New Setel Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. New Setel Customer who completes the following steps will be eligible to receive a one time maximum 10% Cashback (“Cashback”) into their Setel Partner wallet, capped at a maximum value of RM5 Cashback upon the following:
Sign up for an account at Setel via Setel Boost application platform; AND
Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction on their first purchase of fuel only at any participating PETRONAS Station via Setel app tile on Boost application and make the payment using the Boost payment gateway
(“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive the Cashback.

2. Upon the successful Transaction, the New Setel Customer will only receive one (1) Cashback under this Campaign.The Customer will be notified by eCode via push-notification on their Cashback.

3. Cashback is limited to the first 200,000 Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.

4. Cashback will be credited into the Setel Partner Wallet within seven (7) working days from the date of the successful Transaction.

5. No combined receipts and/or split transactions can be used to achieve the minimum spend of RM30 and in order to be entitled for the 10% Cashback.

6. The Cashback received will be available for use only upon the New Setel Customer’s next spend of a minimum of RM20.00 in its second transaction for the purchase of fuel only at any participating PETRONAS Stationvia Setel app tile on Boost application and make the payment using the Boost payment gateway.

7. Cashback credited into the Setel Partner Wallet must be utilized within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Any unutilized Cashback shall be forfeited and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Setel.

A will also be eligible to receive an additional 9x Y coins via the Online Boost Day Coins Shake in accordance with paragraph 4 below); or

b. Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Apptile listed in Table 1 below will be eligible to receive an Online Boost Day Coins Shake which shall consists of 29 x Boost Coins based the on Boost Coins received by the Customers via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction, for level 1 to level 5 users (Example, A will receive Y coins via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction. A will also be eligible to receive an additional 29x Y coins via the Online Boost Day Coins Shake in accordance with paragraph 4 below).

2. The Boost Coins is limited to a total of 5,000,000 Boost Coins throughout the Campaign Period, on a first come- first served basis.

4. A minimum spend of RM100 is required to utilize the Credit and the Credit must be used when making a transaction at participating TESCO outlets only.

5. The Credit must be utilized by 2 December 2020. Any unutilized Credit shall be forfeited.

Campaign Mechanics
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt at any participating TESCO outlets and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive 5X Boost Coins based on the Transaction amount, via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction (example: A spent RM30 in a single receipt and made payment with Boost. A will be eligible to receive 150 Boost Coins), subject to paragraph 2 below.

2. The Boost Coins:

a. rewarded per Transaction shall be up to a maximum of 300 coins;
b. is limited to the first 80,000 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period; and
b. is limited to a maximum of three (3) Transactions per Customer.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Boost Coins under this Campaign are not entitled for the default Boost Coins which is tied up to their BoostUp level.

4. The Boost Coins must be utilized by 30 September 2021, failing which, the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.

(No minimum spend is required to utilize this cashback)
b. RM5 Kenny Rogers Roasters Wallet cashback

4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward but the Reward can only be used to make a transaction at participating TESCO outlets only. The Reward must be utilized by 31 December 2020. Any unutilized Reward shall be forfeited.

5. Participation in this Mission is limited for the first 20,000 Customers only.

6. Each Customer may only participate in this Mission once.

7. The Reward will only be given upon a successful completion of this Mission, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the TESCO Wallet which can be found under “My Rewards” in the Boost app.
