QUOTE(domng @ Sep 11 2020, 04:08 PM) The myeastspring online platform is still new at this stage. Currently all the typical fund buy/sell/switch transactions still need the UTC to initiate first. The transaction will then be approved/rejected by the investor, followed by payment/bank authorisation if required. I think this 2 party transaction/authorisation process is put in place to minimise the mistake of clicking on the wrong fund. However Eastspring Investments Malaysia does not have many funds to choose from ya. 😅 Not all funds (excluding wholesales or restricted funds) listed in their portal available to buy from the app? https://www.eastspring.com/my/funds-and-solutions/all-fundsThis post has been edited by GrumpyNooby: Sep 11 2020, 04:37 PM

QUOTE(domng @ Sep 11 2020, 04:46 PM) All can buy, however it is higher sales charge when compared to FSM.
As far as I know, only Bond Fund and Money Market Fund is 0% Sales Charge through the myeastspring platform. All fund buy/sell/switch need the servicing UTC to initiate the transaction from the myeastspring platform, followed by the approval and payment (if required) from the investor. This is rather standard practice in the unit trust industry. Thanks for the info!

QUOTE(uchitech008 @ Sep 11 2020, 10:18 PM) Thanks for your explaination. If purchase via grabpay, one day 1k max, need to call agent to initiate 4 times every month. May i know if psyment via grabpay, any restriction like opus tied to the same phone number. Can use other grabpay to make payment?tqvm The restriction is imposed by SC and BNM; not by fund houses/managers or e-wallet operators to counter Anti-Money Laundering, AntiTerrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Sep 22 2020, 08:29 PM) Can we pay tnb using boost with that app? It can accept both Boost, TnG e-wallet and GrabPay. But PAM, it does accept one extra Maybank e-wallet. This post has been edited by GrumpyNooby: Sep 22 2020, 08:32 PM

QUOTE(??!! @ Sep 23 2020, 05:55 PM) Any charges for using this platform? If you're Maybank e-wallet supporter and want to use, PAM has that option and Pos Mobile app doesn't have for the mean time.

QUOTE(ChiaW3n @ Sep 25 2020, 10:50 AM) HAHAHAHA basically this RM5 is useless need to spend min of RM50 in order to use it. It's a trick to attract you to spend more as it has min spending criteria to meet. But to some people, he/she won't care as long as can get RM 5 even have to spend RM 50. Interesting fallacy right?
