KUALA LUMPUR: Homegrown e-wallet Boost has partnered with Lazada Malaysia and McDonald’s.

Boost users shopping in Lazada Malaysia can pay at the checkout by signing in with their registered mobile number and six-digit personal identification number (PIN).

Meanwhile, with McDonald’s, users can use Boost to pay for both online and in-store orders. From Feb 19 till 28, users can enjoy RM5 off with a minimum spend of RM50 through the Lazada Malaysia app by paying using Boost.

Those using Boost to pay online for McDonald’s orders can earn an instant cashback of RM5 with a minimum spend of RM25.

Boost is part of Axiata Group Bhd’s digital services arm Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd. Mohd Khairil Abdullah, CEO of Boost said at the virtual launch, “With spending and consumption behaviours, and business operations shifting online, the online space is a key growth area for us this year.

Also, Boost will be running an “Online Festival” until March 31, as its larger #BoostGotYou launched last March.

Throughout the next six weeks, Boost users can enjoy an abundance of exciting rewards and savings. Stand a chance to win an iPhone 12 weekly with a minimum spend of RM80 at any online store when paying with Boost.

There will be two iPhone 12s up for grabs weekly. If users spend at the following selected partners, users gain three times the entries.
