Don't think there's an exact timing on when will Boost give out the cashback, it could take 1 day, and in some cases could be 2, based on what I experienced from their previous cashback promotions. Also, you can always send them a message if you think it's taking too long, as in, more than 1 day.

Btw, good luck on getting the weekly shake, let's hope that the amount is gonna be generous before it ends.

They can hide your tickets in app once it is tagged as "solved". However the ticket is still there.

I guess the shake reward problem is only happens in android system. Since mine is iPhone never facing the shake reward issue. Even until this morning, I am still paying by boost and get my shake reward of RM0.50.

They did manual adjustment for me last night, it will be tagged as "Boost reward"

But this also raises a red flag. Which means their system really cannot handle the cashback load automatically and hence anyone who did not raise a ticket asking for manual adjustment will never get cashback. Big issue.
