But the thing is that they didn't announce who is the one that get the cashback for bill payment and no one actually reported that they get the cashback. This raises a question if Boost themselves are giving out cashback or not

Was at one of the 99 Speedmart in Kajang wanted to use boost to make payment and asked the cashier “Boleh bayar guna Boost?” right when I entered the outlet, she pointed her finger at the terminal and said offline. Thinking to prove her wrong and ask her why does terminal offline affects payment via boost but nah, there are many customers queueing at the counter so I just left immediately and went to another outlet nearby that’s less than 1 minute away. Seems like the cashier is lazy again. To make payment using boost at 99 Speedmart doesn’t even need the terminal to be working and moreover I am 100% sure that the terminal is working fine at the moment

The amount spent gets reset every Sunday so it will start from RM0 again on Monday. For payment on 27 Jan, it should be qualified for this week's draw which is tomorrow

Back in early Jan 2019 when I used boost to make payment, the terminal at the counter I am at is giving problem and the cashier asked me to go over to the next counter so she can use the terminal there to accept my payment. Not sure how she did that though since she has already scanned all my items at the initial counter and just proceed to the next counter for me to make payment

Tesco’s implementation is fine. Just that the scanner is giving problem. But as far as I know, the problem should have been fixed
