HELLOGOLD CABOOSTAN BERTUAH PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The HelloGold CaBOOSTan Bertuah (“the Promotion”) is organised and sponsored by HelloGold Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1170189-H) (“HelloGold”). The Contest is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).
All Participants in the Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to all HelloGold Basic and PRO users who have an active Boost account (“Participants”).
Employees of HelloGold, their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw are eligible to enter the Promotion.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion period will run from 13th December 2019 at 1:00:00 am to 31st December 2019 at 11:59:59pm (“the Promotion Period”). HelloGold reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period without prior notice.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
Participants must buy a minimum of RM110 worth of gold via direct purchase with Boost in ONE (1) single transaction within the Promotion Period to qualify for a chance to win Daily Draw Prizes or the Grand Lucky Draw Prize (“One Entry’’).
Participants who have completed One Entry are entitled to participate in Daily Draws up until a Daily Draw prize has been won by them. If a Daily Draw prize has not been won by the Participant, that Participant is entitled to win the Grand Lucky Draw Prize. For the avoidance of any doubt, if a participant buys on 13th but does not win on the 14th, they still stand a chance to win in the subsequent Daily Draws. If a Participant has already won RM20 in one day draw, they can still enter a new draw each day and stand a chance to win.
Once a Participant has won a Daily Draw prize, they are eligible to enter a new Daily Draw by completing another One Entry (“New Entry”).
Participants are only entitled to win a maximum of 6 Daily Draw Prizes and 1 Grand Lucky Draw Prize (“Win Limit”). For the avoidance of any doubt, once a Participant has won 6 Daily Draw prizes, he/she will still be eligible for the Grand Lucky Draw Prize.
Participants are not permitted to accumulate multiple purchases of amounts of less than RM110 worth of gold. For the avoidance of any doubt, if a Participant purchases RM50 worth in gold in one single transaction and then purchases another RM60 worth in gold in a subsequent single transaction or any combination of less than RM110 in multiple transactions in the same day, they will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Purchases made via Online Banking or cash balance during the Promotion Period are not entitled for entry to this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, Contributions via the SmartSaver plan are also excluded.
Winners shall be selected at random, either by hand or by other means and methods (which may be manual or computerized) at HelloGold’s sole and absolute discretion.
All gold purchased during the Promotion Period can be withdrawn or redeemed based on HelloGold’s terms and conditions in effect at that point in time.
PRIZES
There are two (2) categories of prizes for the Promotion, which are as follows:
Daily Draw: RM 20 worth of gold x 20 winners (“Daily Draw Prizes”)
Daily Draw winners will be announced on social media on the following day of the Daily Draw and on push notification and email on the day the gold rewards will be deposited based on the specific dates stated in clause (23)
Grand Lucky Draw: RM 2,020 x 1 winner (“Grand Lucky Draw Prize”)
Grand Lucky Draw Winner will be announced on 1st January 2020 by 11:59:59 pm via social media, push notification and email. Gold reward will be deposited based on the specific date stated in clause (23)
GOLD REWARD DATES
The Daily Draw Prizes and Grand Lucky Draw Prize will be deposited to the Winners’ HelloGold accounts on the specific dates below:
20th December 2019: Daily Draws Winners who participated in the Promotion between 13 December 2019 to 19 December 2019.
27th December 2019: Daily Draws Winners who participated in the Promotion between 20 December to the 26 December 2019.
2nd January 2020: Daily Draws Winners who participated in the Promotion between from 27 December 2019 to 31 December 2019 and the Grand Lucky Draw Winner who participated in the Promotion during the Promotion Period.
HelloGold reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of equivalent value without prior notice to the Participants at its absolute discretion.
All participants in the Contest expressly consent to public disclosure of their names, photos and particulars for publicity purposes connected to the Contest. Winners also consent to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities that may be organised by HelloGold.
DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY
The participants understand and agree that their participation in the Promotion is at their own risk and HelloGold is not liable to any person, whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
HelloGold makes no representation or warranty whatsoever pertaining to:
the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Promotion;
the accuracy of information and statements in the Promotion page; Facebook page and ads with external approved partners; and
the security and freedom from any computer viruses or other harmful properties.
HelloGold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the mechanics or processes of the Promotion at any time without any prior notice and the Participants shall be bound to such amendments.
HelloGold will not be held accountable for any loss of property during the Promotion.
HelloGold reserves the right to change, amend and/or postpone the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances deemed necessary.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Promotion and all information published and related to it (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software and trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of HelloGold.
PERSONAL DATA
HelloGold collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by HelloGold and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, HelloGold deems that permission is given by the participant to HelloGold and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs HelloGold via the Careline at hello@hellogold.com that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, HelloGold will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use.
FORCE MAJUERE
HelloGold shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Promotion due to any act of God, acts of Government, war, riot, strikes, protests, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of HelloGold.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
Customers who spend a minimum of RM110 in a single transaction at the participating Boost online merchant’s website or app listed below and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM 15 cashback (“Cashback”).
The Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
