What was the reason? I've been paying with Boost at Tesco for quite a while now & the cashier / self-service staff have been very cooperative when it comes to eWallets.
the cashier just say got problem then i just go with card paymentQUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Jul 6 2019, 01:32 PM)
Tesco is like hit or miss for e wallet payments since the day they started accepting e wallets...
It's probably because they're using that problematic terminal pod, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, if the latter happens then the cashier would have to restart the whole card terminal and wait for it to boot up again...
Some branches have this issue, some don't...
Also depends on which cashier you meet, some would insist on letting you to pay with e wallet even though they need to reboot the terminal again...
Weirdly, it's the same terminal pod that Isetan and TGV (counter where you scan your QR ticket) use but I don't see them having issues with it, it's only Tesco though.

Yesterday I try to pay at Tesco too. The cashier said boost is down, but I can pay with any other e wallet. Ended up I pay with TNG e wallet.
