Think started with like RM 20 max, 3 times. Then reduce to 2 times, still RM 20 max. Then now RM 10 max, 2 times

If not mistaken normally quota doesn't finish so fast, but Boost being Boost, you will never know, maybe spend 1am cannot get, spend 10am can get

I've encountered this for many weeks already, both desktop and app, but desktop is the worst.
Keep having error accessing the site, previously 11street no such issue, after change to Presto Mall keep having this stupid error.

Even during voucher utilisation, after outlet key in their code, it will return an error page on the app most of the time

They already formed special partnership with Maybank and tng, so they have to ditch the rest, probably part of the partnership terms too

It's clearly mentioned in the tnc, and not only that they have other restrictions too. Read through and check if what you want to buy meets the criteria

Not sure by right if items not shipped yet, they should refund in credits. I'm just guessing but think you search a bit sure can find

I don't pay with Boost anymore, except got special promo, CB, etc

FavePay is very good, to me one of the most underrated app

Haha when they reduce the shake amount and no more reward for credit card topup (certain banks), Boost already at the bottom of my list already. Now, it's almost totally useless.

Level Up is interesting, only if there are no competition, and it's fun to get to the next tier and earn better rewards, recognition etc. But with so many alternatives out there, it's very difficult to keep to your tier, and also useless to maintain it too.

Sad that once the best e-wallet out there, now it's one of the worst. No choice when they achieved their milestone guess they have to scale it down and go for "longer term" sustainability.

Really missed those days of 50% CB capped at RM 10

I haven't checked out the details but if this is correct, they really never think through thoroughly.
If something is not achievable and not realistic, they're just wasting everyone's time

Maybe if response poor they will run point multiplier promotion haha

Grab more realistic, moreover they have points which do not expire, and it's easy to extend validity

Malaysians are not that stupid, moreover e-wallet adopter

Can't just conclude, if with promo just go for the most attractive cash rebate etc
But without promo of course Grab, Grab still has loyalty reward tng has none. Grab Ride n Food also can charge direct to CC and earn points

My Boost got problem, keep receiving error message "Oops something went wrong...." whenever I try to do anything with the app, tried to logout/login, clear cache, uninstall etc all didn't work....headache now

Guys please hold on to any large spending, lots of shakes missing, few of us using it, about 50% of the shake missing. These shakes can worth quite a lot and we know how good is Boost customer service when they don't award you later as promised, and you have to chase after them

I just hope me and my family members will get those missing shakes, the rest all on hold already now.
You know Boost can really pattern one, ignoring your request to reinstate stuffs.

Actually we don't realise also some shakes are missing, just pay and pay and shake, only until saw some announcement only realised

Haha this is annoying, first time I used, was in office, that bloody sound so loud so embarassing ppl thought I was playing game

So now I'll just off the volume from the phone if using in office

True, so far Boost-SSPN has been perfect and Boost balance too perfect, I've been checking all transactions for so long, all tallied (better than BigPay with some issues occasionally), for this thumbs up to Boost

Can't agree more, I think no one e-wallet will stay on top permanently

Provided next month still having such attractive reward/ redemption, this game will not stay for long....
