The branch cannot process your application, they will send all the documents to PB Card Centre. You can go online to get application form and email your application to PB Card Centre, it should be a few days faster to process your application. So normally 2 weeks for application process and wait 1 week for delivery. You may go to PB HQ (Ampang) and see if you are allowed to enter the CC centre and the officers will process your application immediately and you collect the CC there!
