Ok, I may not have the complete and correct ideas of PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards.
But, RCB stands for Red Carpet Banking, privilege banking for Public Bank (https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Ba...Privileges.aspx).
The requirement for getting the debit cards:
RCB Elite Debit Card: RM 1 million or above in aggregated deposits in Public Bank
RCB Gold Debit Card: RM 0.3 million to RM 1 million in aggregated deposits in Public Bank
This 5% online and overseas Cash Back is a promotional cashback for a limited period, unlike the default feature cashback of any other Public Bank which is credited on next statement date. And, it requires a minimum spend of RM100 per transaction.
Perhaps, it is suitable for high-rollers who spend a lot, such as ClarenceT. Since I am just a small potato, I just exclude myself from this fancy banking product.

PB's privilege banking is too fresh and not attractive, compared to other banks'.
