I never tried, but it is just a normal retail transaction for VI (0.3%), VS (1x VIP), Quantum MC (1x VIP), except Quantum Visa.

As PB don't list up the MCC for Entertainment, I am not sure if PB will give you 5% CB or 1x VIP.

FYI, I am using RHB VS to pay club and I do receive Entertainment CB (2%/6%). But different bank different definition on Entertainment.

You have 3X (max for VI+VS) for this year but 1X per day.
You can't use 2X in 1 day regardless of locations.

First Come first served, only to the first 800-1500 users (estimate) who fulfilled the spending requirement. Third month started on 15/6 and yesterday was already 13th day, chance not really good. You can register, cost you 15 sen only to send a SMS.
