BOOST improved their system in mid-March then we are now having this problem. Before the improvement, NO ONLINE CB for Boost (BOOST APP KUALA LUMPUR MY) as no OTP was required for top-up till 12/3/19.

We are having lengthy discussions in Boost Thread and we are yet to find out how to get top up with OTP and without OTP. But if you top up above a certain value between RM200 and RM300, it will definitely trigger OTP verification (enhanced security), so the transaction will be "BOOST APP 3D-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY". I have tested using PB QM, ONLINE rebate is already confirmed.

For top up less than the "certain value", it may or may not trigger OTP; If no OTP is required, the transaction will be "BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY". I am not sure if it is an online or "OTHERS" transaction for PB's system.

Personally I prefer SSL-EC is under "OTHERS" as Online Rebate is always capped but the reward/rebate for "OTHERS" is unlimited. Eg both 3D-EC and SSL-EC are under ONLINE for RHB Visa Signature, so if I spend RM1500 on 3D-EC and RM1000 on SSL-EC, I get RM30 CB (maximum for ONLINE), otherwise I will get RM32 CB (RM30 from ONLINE + RM2 from OTHERS)

A reversal RM388 CR (on the same statement) if you have performed 12 transactions in the past 1 year.

Auto/direct debit is online meh?

PB's rebate scheme is based on statement cycle. Is it possible to have a cashback pool for all users?
Cashback pool is possible only if the cashback period is fixed for everyone, eg calendar month.

On the day when your first statement is issued.

Don't be silly to ask for B&W. It is a loophole that PB is yet to fix though it is against their rebate rule.
Once PB changes the CB cycle to calender month (instead of statement month), or reschedule the principal and all supplementary getting same statement date, then the loophole is plugged!

He/She can ask and it is an open secret. The card centre and customer service officers know it as well and they are telling the truth. They are helpful.
It is PB Card Centre or maybe the I.T. side not willing or feel reluctant to stop the loophole!

But he/she asked something Black and White which is not tally with the PDS/T&C, he/she is too smart!

FavePay-Boost combination is the solution and you will get extra CB.
