Yea 2015 still got bonus and increment according to my mgr. This at least can motivated a bit to the staff lol.
My dept no yearly bonus one (we have quarterly pay out), so they just concerned that 2016 increment might be really little or none sweat.gif
Coz its really depends on the bank's performance etc but with the current market is hard to say sad.gif
