yes...
working in HDPM means u'll not follow normal weekends or public holiday but hav to follow ur serving country.
But the best part is we get 26days annual leave.

For ppl like me i like it so much coz i hate going out on public holiday as too many ppl.
so by working in HDPM i get to take a row of leave in date i want.
but then wen ur fren meet up during weekends or public holiday tat 1 u need sacrifice la...

I prefer to work in the call center the most.
Well of course job load sucks and job scope r killing...
but pay wise it will be the highest in HDPM.
especially if u r trilingual speaker...and if u can maintain ur call quality then u get to hit the big fat bonus.
my salary will go up to 3.3k sometimes but so far i only able to hit rating 2...
if hit rating 1 then lagi best...!!!

and there is wifi in the lobby area.

When u reach HSBC cyberjaya for interview u'll have to go in through the front gate + guard.
Just tell the guard u come for interview then they will confirm ur name wif HR.
then only they will let u enter...

Actually kinda feel sorry for u guys to go tru so troublesome interview...

For me,it is actually tru the jobstreet selection...
where HSBC hiring manager and L&D dept and HR will go jobstreet there interview candidates selected by jobstreet.

The whole process was fast n simple.
Reach there around 9am,do english test,interview wit L&D manager,interview wit hiring manager.
Done all before 12pm. N also get to know whether u get the job anot on the same day.
(If they give candidates a form to fill in details and pass to them=recruited.If ask u go home wait for call=88)

Then the next day straight go medical check up.
then after few more days ask us go cyberjaya office take offer letter liao.
2week later go for training ady...

Confirmed you'll be kept waiting till 1pm.
So better dun.

If you reach there earlier they will not let you interview earlier pun.
They will conduct it one shot together with others so that it is not that troublesome.

Lunch time for them not fixed...
Depends on them wat time and how long they want to eat d...

Not really sure but inside the offer letter actually got state need 1 month notice even u r in probation/induction...
If u signed ady then duno they will force you to follow the contract anot.

i not sure for your dept

but during my batch training only,
there were 3 mate,2give 24hr notice,1 MIA for 3days.
after that three of them get lawyer letter from hsbc asking to compensate for breach of contract.

amount2compensate=equivalent 1 month salary.

No need wear formal actually...

they will have training.Mine is 1month.
So the 1 month no allowance coz u not yet work,jus training.

actually wen i interview i was suppose to be located to Singapore dept.
But then coz Msia dept tat time need ppl more desperate,
so they put me in Msia.



But now no longer in HDPM... Resigned liao~

Msia cust still ok.most cust r not bad...
but i heard from my bus mate that frm sg dept they say sg cust is $#%@#$^#$%

If they havent hire you they will not inform you.
They will just not hire you XD

If you already with the bank then yes they will when they terminated the person.
Failed bg check sure kena terminated one.
This is the bank policy.

Then maybe not bg check or not your problem la? Not all interview failed bcoz of candidates problem ma. Might be the bank side leh?
If you confirmed it is not unlawful resignation or ccris record then you can totally feel free to drop them an email and ask.

Just ask them that even though there is no opportunity to work with them, however, you appreciated the interview session or anything first.
Then you ask is it possible to advise the feedback on your area of development so that you can polish and improve yourself.
But not guarantee if they will come back to you la.

I'm from HSBC and i confirmed that they freeze headcount!
Coz i'm resigning from my dept recently so they need to get someone to replace me.
But as headcount freeze, they actually need obtain exceptional approval from HQ in Hong Kong! Imagined all the wait to get the approval!
Many departments have been restructured as well.

Thee bonus and payrise for next 2 years also freeze.

But i'm from HSBC not HDPM la. Maybe different i dont know XD

But by saying so, your are lucky that you still working too.
Many big boss also kena made redundant from ourside...

Opps... HQ in UK. But for RBWM most of us refer HQ as HSBC HK.
Duno bout your side but our side headcount still freeze .
Prev the internal communication is that we do not have any bonus even for 2015.
However, the management later decide to use the 2016 pool of allocation to cover for 2015.
If 2016 performance no good most likely no more ady for 2016.
