who tell u that u successful and offered a back end?is it the hr or manager?....tell the hr about this...sometime too many applications they will mess up zz

i think my interview was on april...i started my induction on may...
after few days they called me ady...
anyway...w8 u guys successfully join in then we can gather....

hm... nowadays the recruitment process really take much time...compare to my previous time...
we even talk to them about this during our 3rd-day induction....
i think they really need to hire more people....not only GSE BUT HR people...

hm...is anyone has apply for salary deduction for the ptptn b4?
i hv submitted the form during june...the officer said it will take 3 months...
till oct, i receive the statement from ptptn...
but i check with my pay slip, the hdpm still have yet deduct from my salary...any hr never contact me abt this....
any idea?

so weird....our gov seem like dun care about the money....
they are the 1 who suppose to keep contact me tracing the funds right?

Hm...what is the depart at right hand side of second floor? processing? i know ntg abt there....btw...i always seen u guys have great activity there always laugh very loud lolz

so far i enter hdpm ady half year...there r 2 things i MUST COMPLAIN....not people...but the foods and vending machine are so damn suck....
cafeteria foods is so exp...unless order the fried rice...mee...rm3....but taste shit

JJ food still ok but price slightly exp....all sandwich rm5-6....

although they are trying to make some new foods there....i really appreciate it but still didnt meet the expectation yet...hope they can make better...

normally i bring food there...seldom eat at there....

the vending machine only full of coffee and cappuccino with brand - less i prefer MILO, or some famous softdrink...but i know they wont order bcos very exp ....last time still got some lousy softdrink....but now they never refill it ...looks like i didnt complain enough in my 3rd days induction

But the rest people, high management quite ok always conduct alots of fun activities for us....

too bad my network isnt good...cant recommend ppl come and earn the money....

btw i heard our allowances gona increase nx year....confirm?

last time i passed the assessment then interview with HR around 2 minutes also, then go for phone conversation, and finally interview by line manager for about 45 minutes at least...

from 10am till 5pm, the entire process haha....

even when they called me said i got the job i still have to go for medical check up...

while i collecting the offer letter, still have to attend one more writting test hahaha

for those newbie...why dont look for IBM? jz beside, look at their new building with many parking lots
better dont look for hdpm, this is damn cut cost company ever...i never taste such ridiculous food in their cafeteria...the staff hardly can speak malay n english....and always wrong calculate the money...everytime i order telur goreng, they sure use they dirty hand to take it for me

it's worse in 2014, no more monthly bonus..but change to annually...somehow can only get it during march next year...and there is no fix amount, but they give us certain % will be paid out base on the pool...
how much is the pool? of cos depend how much company can earn...but who know? they can simply give a figure...employee can only accept it...

unlike last year, they have a fix amount bonus for all rating...

no matter how much they offer u the allowance and bonus....please do remind that the most important is ur basic...every incentive and increment will base on ur basic only....and they have the right to cut off ur f allowance anytime...

Many ppl get promoted this year, from center manager till agent...all get promoted...but at last change the paid out formula...as an agent, you really lose a lot

i guess the tender must have a special close relation with the top management here...else they cant survive here
The foods are god damn suck, as u rarely see those top management having their lunch at cafeteria...how they going to convince us to take the food there everyday?

hm... they jz raise up the price bcos of sugar? this is call market rate? taste like shit...the nasi lemak sell at bus stop there is acceptable but cost me rm2 and the portion is very less....i can get it in puchong with rm 1 and the portion and taste is x2 better..

they try to do everything jz to earn from our low income employee...

how about our salary? is it follow market rate?
this is god damn chinese new year....no increment, fine, no CNY bonus fine, but still want to deduct the monthly incentive....

Hope you are right...the foods are used to motivate us to work harder after lunch time, they have to do smtg on the foods

I wonder the employees now are getting more energetic as i can always see ppl playing dota and CS with the pc at ground floor....when first saw this i was like WTFFFFFFFFFF
