N this Kr dev is probably learning from some 3rd world country in ASEAN... only in USD pricing... 50USD in Global, then in asia... same iap cost equivalent to 50USD when our living standard doesn't even match up... well, guess all gacha games are all about the same, and the choice is in player's hand regardless... I have resisted my urge to invest more for pulling Kayron, good thing he's still subpar after they fix it, lol, even better, I d save some money so i can treat myself some great x'mas meals...

Anyway, I found Find Arky the better than the previous luck base guessing the penguin event... but damn, the chance... think is 90+% getting gold in gift box...

thinkin' back chinese based games were much more reasonable compared to kr with the vip system although back then i still think it's terrible idea 2 spend on games that can't be resold like physical cartridges...

after all the dev is workin' on another title w/ squareenix, i believe, called Last Claudia something, almost similar gameplay... obviously

i was bashin' that game earlier until I played E7... I found that I must be too harsh on them although I still think they are trolls sometimes... still more generous when it comes to gifts compared to smilegate who only gave in-game items that can easily gain 1 way or another...

btw, earlier post mentioned noon/evening energy gift can be missed if not sign in during the time... but I found there are still in my mail box as long as I claimed them within one week...

I notice the trend of some JP gacha corp now does is separate the free in-game currency from "premium" currency (which u purchased with real money)... then the summon banner is separated in where the "premium" currency gets to summon with the 10+1 guarantee pull or something similar... this at least is fair to P2P while F2P still gets to roll w/ free currency n then just hope for RNG blessin'...

This model is also akin to those chinese made mobile games with gacha drawings too... except the latter offer whoever paid with VIP status... the higher the VIP status, the more perks they got out of it...
As for this one, it's the same as F2P players... so no benefit being P2P per se, except can draw more and buy more in-game items which f2p just needs to spend time grinding n saving.... it looks to me like a very short term business model but it works out somehow thanks to whales ...

n worst of all, there ain't any regulation on this genre where a gambling like system exists ...

I knew there were some gacha games also implementin' de notorious equipment curse which must be lifted with spendin' gold...

But it's crazy when you wanna switch max T4 equipment to just T5/6... then do the enhancement again with more gold sink

Hero customization screwed up in a big effin' way...

1st time in a RPG i dare not to test the equipment 2 see which works out the best for a hero, especially at higher tiers where substats are very promising yet can get indecisive

Whales aside... there were even players defendin' de gacha system not gambling... which kinda defendin' gambling is not illegal, bcos it's out of personal choice, no one should meddle another one's freedom to gamble ... ya, i meant I don't care if one wanna gamble in casino... but video(mobile) games that rely on a system to get the stuff you want there ain't guarantee you'll get it even though you pay real cash for it... crap... how low can a RPG get these days?

By law, yes, many couldn't find it fitting into Gambling n bcos it's very new, policymakers didn't know about gacha back then... but if you look at act of gambling, per se... it is a gamble... it's just a matter of time when a country draft or revise the gambling act and regulation, thing may change...

In some RPGs, there were casino in the games... but you don't spend real money to play it... recent years de dev took that element a step further and create something similar to gachapon except it's virtual now n you may use real money to buy more in-app currency just like you buy chips in casino in order to play...
Good thing about it, just like gambling, you still retain the will to refuse participating if you can resist that temptation, you know... but unlike gambling, there is no regulation saying when enough is enough n stop kids from participating in some "risk taking" practice e.g. minors can't enter casino (remindin me when i was 20, I was stopped and asked to stay at the lounge in one of the Las Vegas casion while watchin' my older buddies went in de game room n played ...)

anyway, yeah, they should just at least draft a tax bill on these gacha practices or some special license... you know de dev earn alot from whales... hahaha

The last part... which is a sad thing... it's essentially lowerin' de quality of the games n they knew as long as half of their fanbase lick to their fanservices, they will still earn...
o'well, quality video games are only in memory now, I only play mobile games bcos i only have this much time...

Today is kayron banner's last day... just as i thought I might have de luck goin' 4 final push after gettin' 2 5* artifacts, 2 4* artifacts n 2 4* (Rin x2 in a row)... realized I bankrupt all my CB already (n crystals too) T_T... damn that secret shop didn't wanna put out CB for sales for de last 2 days
sigh, guess i can only try my luck with normal Covenant summon next time...

Actually, I'd like to highlight... it could just be perception... but it really kick up my spider sense n kept wonder... de rng of this game nvr been so generous to me, even if it came, it only came in one time out of 100 over time, considerin' earlier almost 100 pulls (non-consecutive though) in kayron banner only yield me 2 celestes and 1 4* hero

But yesterday banner last day, it's very unusual... I only have 65 CB after exhausted my remaining crystals... So that's 13 pulls and those were what I got...
Well, it didn't succeed in luring me 2 go for more (by purchasin' crystal ), seein' how I felt de rng was on my side then, i might as well continue n hope for kayron or others i wanted might pop up...

Guess next Banner, save up until de last day n see... if there's some magic at work

Remember my last pull? I actually been wishin' for Gunther, thinkin' I'd love2 build a hero no one care n go hand in hand brawlin' with de brawler King, see who come out victory in de end with brute force... guess RNG was too stoned n landed on de wrong side of my idea...
of cos, sometimes rng decided 2 troll, like make me more gloomy after realizin' its last mistake, gave me my 3rd gloomyrain in my latest pull...

I need some explaination of the new tier identification... 55 tier... So there should be lower grade in the same tier 51, 52, 53 & 54? can't really understand without example what it meant higher abilities... 57 is de highest in tier 5 i guess? give higher stat increment?

Earlier with my rant on rage pull from Diene & Kayron but got only Artifacts , no single 5* heroes after many pulls although Diene came out on 121th pull ...

Now this kise banner, I was hoping 2 get de new 5* artifact and perhaps other 5*, and don't care about kise... @ss RNG popped her out after 20+ pull ... no 5* artifact for de 1st time my pull in its rate up banner, hate this RNG to de core!!!
