So who is considering to buy Elmina house because of DASH highway have to know more details, don't regret after bought because expect very convenience to Elmina.

If you prefer environment then go for it.

If you prefer convenience then consider again, because at the moment no shop lot nearby.

Elmina Grove size quite small actually, suitable for small family

And the most important is do you feel it worth or not? haha..

Hahaha. SIME also use DASH highway to promote Elmina Valley and Elmina East,
but who know the access to Dash only convenience to Puncak Perdana side,
if you want to PJ or KL side have to go far far away.

I worry this is SIME "marketing" again, because there is no any sign of exit or entrance at elmina peak at the moment, but the highway there is almost done construction.

Maybe only denai alam residents.

From Elmina enter DASH very far right?

From Damansara come back to Elmina even more far because have to exit at Subang 2 and pass around 6 traffic lights.

Simedarby draw a Entrance/Exit at the Denai Alam Toll at their Master Plan last time.

But based on latest DASH highway progress photo don't have this Entrance/Exit.

Means we have to exit at Subang 2. Hehe
