The Eighth Semi-D @ Elmina Green Progressing well. Any clue when it gonna complete & VP?

May I check, the motorcycle sound, it be heard from Elmina Green 4 or The Eighth area? Moving there soon in a year time.

Check out this video. It stated the contractor for the show units. But not sure if the same contractor for actual unit.

Want to check, those staying at Elmina currently, do you guys encountered any haze / open burning smell issue?

I’m currently staying at Klang, will be moving to Elmina Green next year. Klang always affected by nearby open burning and have bad haze / smell. Wondering if Elmina side also can smell?

Terrace or Semi-D? Can check out Elmina Green. There might still be some loan rejected units. Elmina Green 7 & The Eighth gonna VP mid next year.

Myself currently staying at Klang, distance to PJ workplace is almost similar to future house in Elmina Green to workplace (appx 25km), but travelling time gonna be cut by half once move into EG next year because of DASH (klang u know la, federal also jam, pay toll NKVE also jam).

Regardless, just purchase it if u like the place. Work location is jusy one of the considerations (work place can change).. Just drive around ER area to get a feel. I heard EV side sometimes can hear motor revv from the rempits.. also subsale in EV no more developer warranty (which doesn’t really matter if want to demolish/ Reno).

Agreed. The mall mainly serves the needs of existing (and future) residents, especially for eateries and groceries. Most of us work in town (PJ/KL) anyway, and it’s just a 30-minute drive if we want to do big-brand shopping.

I went to the mall on 22 Aug during its opening, and I suspect most visitors weren’t Elmina residents. Hopefully, the crowd clears in the coming months so residents can visit with plenty of parking. I’ll admit, it’s not ideal to visit during the day as there’s no shaded parking. My car felt like a sauna after a few hours.

The school is also coming up (heard first intake will be in 2026, hopefully 🙏🏻). The only thing missing now is a hospital… but I guess SDP will bring one in once the population rises; otherwise, no private hospital would want to come (no one wants to do a loss-making business).

I heard traffic on the main road is quite bad during peak hours (but which township/area isn’t jammed, right?). Hopefully, SDP can widen the road or open up an alternative exit to DASH/Guthrie (I heard they’re planning on it).

Can’t wait to move in next year!

I’m also waiting for further info on this. Tentatively gonna attend SJKC Subang until can enroll to Regent Elmina. Can’t wait for the day to come, can cut the travelling distance from 10km+ to 1.5km 😝
