Any clue if the SJK© Regent Elmina already start construction? Few months back MOE did a ground breaking ceremony, but not sure since then they started the construction work (I heard the foundation work already done quite sometime ago). Hope it can complete by 2025 and start operational on 2026 🤞🏻

Funny thing is, last month when I ask my SA if the construction for the SJK© already started, they told me not yet.

So far Elmina West only have 1 semi-D launched (The Eighth). Heard the take up rate is up to 80%++. Surrounded by terrace house & 1 RSKU (Harmoni). The master plan show quite a number of plot being allocated for RSKU.

The left hand side land beside The Eighth also being flattened, last time my SA mentioned it will be for future superlink (but I also heard it can be semi d as well 🤔). The right hand side mountain land beside The Eighth also start clearing.. anyone know what they going to build there?

Can pay a visit to the Sakura Lake beside EG1. Quick a lot of residents jogging there in the evening, especially weekend. Can also peep at EG1 through the fences, seem like mostly occupied. With the VP of RSKU & EG4, think within 2 years time it gonna be quite vibrant

if want Semi-D, u need to go with Elmina Garden. Few different types there. Latest VP is Hevea.

The only Semi-D in Elmina Green is The Eighth still under construction.

For terrace, you can consider Elmina Green 7. If want subsale, can look at Green 4 or 5. Elmina Green 7 built up is quite big. I think still got leftover / loan rejected unit. Can drop by their sales office to ask, their Sales personnel is also more than happy to drive u around the location.

Do note that quite a number of land in Elmina Green (West) is being allocated for RSKU. So, it really depend on ur preference.

If want more exclusive, go with Elmina Garden (the only new terrace is stratified Ilham Residence, else need to go with sub sales older project)

Elmina Valley also not bad, but all sub Sales.

Conclusion, if really want bang for the buck, go with Elmina Green series.

I bought Elmina Green Semi-D (the Eighth). Location wise is pretty good in my opinion. Only 1.5km to future SJK© and 2.5km to the upcoming Lakeside mall.
