Apart from that, Elmina prime owners (Existing owners / Staffs) get additional 1.5% .

Yes,  going to  KL direction enter at Kampung Melayu Subang but did not see any connection  exit  at Denai Alam if travel back from KL

Have called Prolintas, going kl direction  entry point at Persiaran Galaksi further up from Toyota showroom. And entry point from kl is before Johowaki office. Sime Darby has given a proposal to request  a entry point to Denai Alam but pending for approval.

Then should be correct. We have to exit at Subang 2 then go straight using Jalan sungai buloh (old road) until Johawaki traffic light like now.

These are some of the major defect found. Never come to repair. SIME DARBY good job. Play lepas tangan after sell.

I just signed the loan agreement couple weeks ago after my wife and I agreed to go for Ilham Residence for own stay. We went for it because;
1) It's strata title. This is a very subjective topic. This alone can me a huge con for some people because got maintenance fee, cannot renovate (change the exterior facade). But for us, this is a huge pro. The feel and look for strata titled residence will forever looks cleaner. No rojak looks such as in one row of houses, got house color pink lah, purple lah, yellow lah. BUT, JMB for strata residence will need to be very good lah. If not then all facilities will be left without any servicing. Strata also brings the sense of security. Unlike individual GnG, the public MUST go through stricter security to enter the neighborhood where the security have a right to not allow an individual from entering the compound. While in individual-titled gated neighborhood. The guard DO NOT have any right to block any individual to enter the neighborhood. Because the neighborhood still belong to public loh. They pay taxes for your road, why cant they come in?
2) The layout of the whole neighborhood is unique. As in not like typical neighborhood, where all are in a boxy design. Image to compare bolew;

3) Point number 2 brings to this point. The back of the house are not a typical ones where you can get greeneries compared to a dead back alley. And the house layout also shows that the living hall is at the 'back' of the house which directly facing the garden/greeneries instead of typical layout where the living hall is usually place at the front of the house facing car porch. For me, I'd rather have a garden as my view when I'm at the living hall instead of my car.
BUT!! All these are MY opinion. What I like is not necessary same to others' liking. So, buy wisely! 

Haha I wish!! That sweet 7% staff discount would really comes in handy lol. Nahhh, I just did a little bit research from here and there. Most of the things I said also I think they're are quite common knowledge already.

Do you know which company was the contractor? My friend’s house in Denai Alam also had leakage issue when they took the house and not only one but every house in the same street but sorted out..And her another relative also have a house in DA but diff area , the house was better in workmanship and no leaking issue .... so she told me it’s also depends on which contractor also.
