Just got the Turbo SMS however after checking my account, it seems I'm only getting 500Mb/s instead of 800Mb/s

WTF?

fruitie Can tell me how did you fight this? And how did you get RM129 for 500Mb/s?

That's what I did last Friday 2 November 2018. I went there at 10.30AM and insist on meeting the manager to get a solid answer on when can I get my Turbo upgrade
Told them I won't leave until i get a definite answer. Today got the Turbo SMS but it's not the promised package

Don't wait
Go to TM HQ (not TM Point) in your state then file a complain directly to the TM HQ staff
Insist on meeting the manager, talk nicely, no need to shout but threaten them that you will terminate if you don't get the ugprade within 2 weeks

I did that and got my upgrade in only 2 working days

I was on a long leave, that's why I was able to go camping at TM Shah Alam office
Ambik cuti la. Then go to the TM Point in the early morning. Tell them you insist on meeting the manager & you won't leave until the matter is resolved laugh.gif

Remember what I said earlier, go to TM Point, not TM Authorized Resellers / Distributors
TM Authorized Resellers / Distributors cannot do anything to hasten the process of the Turbo
Also, talk to them nicely, no need to shout or raise your voice

B - Doesn't matter what they give you it will still be crap. Get your own router instead. I suggest ASUS RT-AC86U

From your pictures, the BTU is working fine
It's the router that's having issue

Either the router is fried or the settings is gone. Need to reconfigure it
Connect a laptop / desktop to it using LAN then access 192.168.1.1 to reconfigure it

No. Who said that?
You can downgrade at anytime

The only downside is if you downgrade to UniFi 100 @ RM129, you will not get the Turbo upgrade anymore

I'm on Turbo 500Mb/s and I just got my bill today
It's showing RM174.49 before tax (including HyppTV)

But then I got my Turbo only on 2 November, so have to wait for next month to know the actual bill
