And what device did you use to do the download test

Just got the Turbo SMS however after checking my account, it seems I'm only getting 500Mb/s instead of 800Mb/s

WTF?

fruitie Can tell me how did you fight this? And how did you get RM129 for 500Mb/s?

That's what I did last Friday 2 November 2018. I went there at 10.30AM and insist on meeting the manager to get a solid answer on when can I get my Turbo upgrade
Told them I won't leave until i get a definite answer. Today got the Turbo SMS but it's not the promised package

Don't wait
Go to TM HQ (not TM Point) in your state then file a complain directly to the TM HQ staff
Insist on meeting the manager, talk nicely, no need to shout but threaten them that you will terminate if you don't get the ugprade within 2 weeks

I did that and got my upgrade in only 2 working days

I was on a long leave, that's why I was able to go camping at TM Shah Alam office
Ambik cuti la. Then go to the TM Point in the early morning. Tell them you insist on meeting the manager & you won't leave until the matter is resolved

Remember what I said earlier, go to TM Point, not TM Authorized Resellers / Distributors
TM Authorized Resellers / Distributors cannot do anything to hasten the process of the Turbo
Also, talk to them nicely, no need to shout or raise your voice

Reporting to MCMC / LiveChat is not going to anything
Take a 1 day leave from your work and go camping at the TMPoint from the early morning

Insist on meeting the branch manager to get your Turbo upgrade immediately or threaten them you will terminate and move to Maxis Fibre
Tell them Maxis offers to pay for the termination fee (yes, lie)
And by insist, tell them you won't leave until you get a written letter from the branch manager about getting your Turbo upgrade immediately
By the way, speak properly with them. Shouting and barking isn't going to help your case

That's what I did & I get my Turbo upgrade within only 2 working days

Owh and when I said go to TMPoint, go to the official TMPoint, not TM Authorized Distributors
Click on the link below to find the TMPoint nearest to your place. If it says "TAD", skip them, TAD is the authorized distributors, don't go to TAD as they won't be able to help you with the Turbo Upgrade

A - Yes it can support Gigabit
B - Doesn't matter what they give you it will still be crap. Get your own router instead. I suggest ASUS RT-AC86U

It's showing RM174.49 before tax (including HyppTV)

But then I got my Turbo only on 2 November, so have to wait for next month to know the actual bill

Yes my HyppTV is Ultimate but it's not RM60
It's RM39.68 as per the screenshot below
