Update on my upgrade to 800Mbps.
Today MCMC finally reply after 1.5 month waiting and what they reply I really speechless. “Please be informed that your current plan with 500Mbps is at its best price that we have provided to our customer thus far. Hence, no further offer can be made to your current plan. Thank you” Maybe it’s time to visit their HQ TM Point to solve this issue. |

I just checked my UniFi dashboard this morning. Seem they change my UniFi 500Mbps to 800Mbps on the Christmas
