Really i am not happy with this Perodua Bezza , maybe i get the not so good unit

No problem at all to use it , but the noise

Aircond unit are not cheap if it really breakdown , hopefully they know what problem or give a replacement. ( It should not produce this sound at all )

way too far... and i believe that was not a Service Centre.

i try send email from perodua website. see what they could do.

i tried send them last time about service maintenance all sc differ , they used call to me but i dint receive it as i dont know it was them , they wont reply email i think , just using call.

i have rattling noise from dashboard

i think it was the loosen meter cluster unit as i press down the dashboard from top , the noise gone

next was found on rough road quite some plastic rattling noise from everywhere , maybe all the fixing start to loose

you should open your hood and check if there was really smell from engine bay.

1 thing was sometime outside smell do come into the car......... , but lesser d nowadays

the sound from where?

if from suspension can be solve in SC

if from dashboard i think cant be solved , mine was from meter cluster , also from random places as the whole car interior fixing are all plastic..... so to have some rattling noise i think was unavoidable , unless perodua put alot damping material at those plastic but impossible for this price range.

then most likely yes , alot of people has this problem , sometime over bump will has this sound , my car go to SC they retighten suspension thing then solve , somehow the noise still there but lesser and the car feel more solid as well , atleast thats what i notice after i get back the car.

if you travel on smooth straight road with no bump and got that sound , then no , it was different , the sound should only occur over bump.

Yes , just tell them the symptom and sound , they will know what to do. They should be more pro than me.

put down front passenger seat + rear seat should be ok.

or bring measuring tape to measure haha

anyway there were grabcar 6seater that you can use >.< ( if 1 Tv ok , if too much item some driver might reject as they are not mean to transport item. )

Normally should be 1s+ i think

maybe the car was still new , as long it can start should be ok.

For me , the sound still there but significantly lower , and the car feel more solid.

No warranty if change outside?

I think that was tyre roar la , sound insulation of bezza from my experience quite weird , sometime very good , sometime very bad , anyway as what i can see was bezza has 0 sound insulation , you see engine bay , no a single material on firewall , maybe when good was caused by design of build.

How to different or what was different ?
See the colour , if totally same as body colour = no insulation

I am not pro , but this is what i can observe.

For mine , on rough road i press down on top of dashboard from meter cluster area , 1 of the rattling noise gone , if very rough road , plastic sound everywhere >.< , you can try. But minor plastic noise i think cant be avoided. Unless perodua put extra cost to dampen the plastic.

Mind what some picture of tie rod and lower arm bush? I not really sure what they are and where they located , I only know they are part of suspension

just slightly behind the tyre , should be easy to see , later update mind see how , anyway i think i read the manual said got quite a long year warranty for rust , but not sure apply for suspension or not.

Ok just check , 1 can be seem over rim , another can be seen behind tyre

both are rusting but not as serious as the one you posted

err , i not sure they should even rust or not haha

but serious rust then it lose the strength thus need to change

the one you post actually already spread the rust to the nearby steel as well , must change already
