QUOTE(TAN WENG @ Dec 9 2018, 08:38 PM) My axia also same after temple alrdy very steep put D2 with 3 passengers car like reluctant to move compare to my wira manual easily go up does not feel underpowered Manual cars vs auto cars. In the bezza, I was trying my best to keep the car at 3k rpm ascending genting. That, I find is where the vvt comes alive. Meaning that the camshaft switches from eco to performance. In a manual car, its easy to maintain that rpm and thus get the most of the engine going uphill. Or taking a corner or racing. If bezza can select 1st gear manually, then that would be great.. Certain areas where I wished the gearbox gb will just shift to 1st but it stubbornly maintains 2nd and forces the engine to lug around at 1.5k rpm.. All the while going uphill, my acceleratior pedal was to the metal, full on. This is not ideal.. We are not in control of the car, the car is in control of us. This is an auto going to genting. In a manual, I am in control of the car.. The middle ground will be a semi auto car where we can control or place the gb in any gear we choose and have auto. That's why cars with sporting intentions have either manual gb or semi auto gb like the selespeed, dsg (vw gti), porsche pdk or fully controllable full auto gb (which can handle the torque) but not the cvt.. Cvt gb can't handle to high torque of performance engines.. Edited.. . This post has been edited by jtan.pdr: Dec 11 2018, 04:11 PM |

Nah..
It doesn't affect the car.. The faster u go, the more air is needed to burn the petrol, so more air runs thru the air plenum which then makes a sound like u sucking air thru ur teeth.. Some cars have a more pronounced sound than others.. No big deal. Don't worry, be happy.. Heh |

QUOTE(Goodboy92 @ Dec 13 2018, 01:14 AM) shud be la...i didnt pay attention, sorry... too much other noises ler... like tire roar noise, lol but thats only if we are talking about the same sound la... had another car that, when going at 140-160, there was this subtle, how to explain it,... this sound of an air compressor air escaping but at a much lower pitch but quieter .. different car makes different air intake sounds due to the air duct design. |

QUOTE(noobandroid @ Dec 17 2018, 08:55 AM) then look at the brand of fuel and driving style...if i'm stressed re work and need to buy time, then my kmL can once reach 10+ but then i'm one of the fastest bezza around town la... includes slapping the gear down to 2nd and revving to 5k rpm is normal... |

QUOTE(aquest @ Dec 19 2018, 03:07 PM) This whistling noise is audible after hitting around 60 kph n is continuous. Affects quite a number of bezza. It is a known issue and the service center service technicians described it as "bunyi siul". They have located the source and confirmed it to be caused by a faulty "CABLE ASSY, TRANSMISSION CONTROL" part number 33820-BZ300. ooo.. this nice to knowthanks! |

Distilled water into acid solution in the battery.
It's very corrosive and will damage plastic, paint and metal.. Need to do a thorough wash as the dryer the acid gets the more potent it gets. If u smell a certain sweetiish kind of smell, means the acid is still around, continue washing.. But having said that, I'm not sure if u are at risk of shorting out the electronics in the engine.. I don't think u'll get anything from the SC as u accepted the car without checking and they have a strong case in saying that it was u who did the damage yourself due to your own negligence but blaming them, the SC... It's your word against theirs. But u can bring the matter up and see what comes of it but my advise is to not hope for much.. All the best.! QUOTE(hjack @ Dec 28 2018, 11:19 AM) Bring the matter up. It shouldn't be their first case of such negligence, so you will then have a strong case. However what compensation you are looking for is a question, since most likely there wont be any permanent damage when the acids is clean. May be a Rm500 service voucher? 😀 Ya man.. Anything is better than nothing.. |

Hmmm..
Ok.. Sounds like a loose connection for that USB port. That, for sure is covered under warranty.. Travelling on hyway with 2 over weight adults and 2 teenagers. Doing 18.9 kmL. Fully loaded like this, no sheer wind steerage.. Feels stable at 130 km/h. Rpm at 3.3k. Tire preasure at 135 kpa. Ok kua.. When travelling alone then the car is susceptible to shear wind steerage. Weight matters and this is one and only one moment where its useful being over weight.. Lol This post has been edited by jtan.pdr: Dec 30 2018, 03:28 PM |

QUOTE(ljoyce @ Dec 31 2018, 01:54 PM) Happy new year everyone! I damaged mine too. May I ask if there's a replacement for the front bumper skirting, the two black somewhat 'tooth'? I scratched mine while coming down a steep slope. But I figure that I'll damage it again.. So didn't bother to replace it.. I call it my damage indicator before I damage bumper.. Lol |

Just did a 600km run on hyways and byways.
17.7 average kmL. Spend about rm80 for the trip. Cheap as chips.. My pocket is very happy.. But at 16+k km, strange sounds appearing on back suspension going over bumps and sounds from the glove compartment. Have to turn music louder to dampen those sounds.. Lol Mid this month is service time.. Let's see if the SC can do something about those sounds.. This post has been edited by jtan.pdr: Jan 1 2019, 11:19 AM |
