You can dial 123 from a Maxis phone or 03 7492 2123 from any other phone or enquire on-line. Our Call Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ok, ok....since I am in KL, let me try....will update u here later

at same time, I also ask to port out to other telco, but, so far no update yet. Been 1 week already, don't know what's wrong, call the ported-in telco, say in progress, received my application.

As far as I know, no outstanding (coz I settle via auto-debit every month one) and I am principal line holder. Maybe I just ported in the lowest, cheapest package kua, that's why no urgency for them.

Yeah my primary number experience coming in from Digi so easy. But seems for postpaid line holder so troublesome. Any idea which other telco doesn't impose the 30 day cooling down?

The MNP topic last page has clarification that the rules have changed, but some telco not following the new rule (which is that cannot impose 30 day cooling off).
