Do I have to go to service center, or can this be done over the phone?

Yeah my primary number experience coming in from Digi so easy. But seems for postpaid line holder so troublesome. Any idea which other telco doesn't impose the 30 day cooling down?

The MNP topic last page has clarification that the rules have changed, but some telco not following the new rule (which is that cannot impose 30 day cooling off).
