Received invitation for ASM & Aws2020, many years back,  the Asnb Penang Mgr, will invite some of us/those $KK, to private functions. But Auntie always declined, quite dislike to mingle nor be seen.

Forums like this the best, just facts n figures among strangers.

As for As1m, Unker just managed to top up approx $480k just last 6 months (excluding this May lah, poor catch).

Unker decided to repatriated $ back to Malaysia, n invest after GE14....earlier, i was of strong opinion bossku wud bankrupt the country.

no wonder all of us hard to get units.. seems unker sapu-ed mostly available units 

Unker was made to understand, the daily $50k limit only applies to cash OTC, transactions (combination of all funds, not $50k for each fund)

The myasnb seems to allow no ceiling, as 'suggested' by some investors locking more than this amount.

Unker was trying $25k/pop intermittently, but no luck... Yet, it was more for the curiosity if Internet transactions not subjected to this ceiling. The asnb FAQ doesn't explain.

Anyone got good catch today?

No luck with ASM1 today, or maybe I casted net hole too big trying to catch bigger fish and let small fish escape.

Just trying to balance my pie - will let go some ASM3 after dividend if balancing successful.

My fish in ASM3 to let go not even enough for some unker/auntie's 1 day quota...

Not too big I tried 1k only, usually try 100 first but today abit more greedy because thought got chance since after festive holiday - around 11-12pm then after 3-5pm here and there.

I've been trying on and off for the past 3 months - haven't gotten a single cent of the 3 FP UTs.

- Late 20s, Early 30s.

- Working, n likely progressing to mass affluent, money in account. Hence, targeted by Bank.

- Tidy, detailed person, her language style w/o the LOL, FML, Wah, breaking passage with *, etc suggesting her direct nature.

My view Specifically on Penang, as I'm still active in the mfg circle. Manufacturing among the niche EE is maxed out. MNCs are still awaiting 2 more weeks decision on US, China trade. Most low end going to Vietnam, China border where they can act as release first, declare later status. Otherwise, its looking like Taiwan, Thailand n Penang are main beneficiaries. I know of 3PL actively scouting for tens of K sqft warehouses in Northern mainland. The durian Orchard land near Sg Batu main road, etc is approx $70-100/sqft while those near the designated Mara college Balik Pulau, agricultural land is still ard $40/sqft.

Penang State Govt needs to decide on southern island reclamation, its a decision to weigh btw setting up next gen semicon resurgence vs livelihood of 2k fisherman.

Geopolticals wise, all the prophet of doom has been wrong for last 9 years. Corrections are normal cycles in stock trading. US stocks will continue to be invincible as long as Congress doesn't ban Company Stock Buyback.

China will need couple of years to workaround all the US chip supply, FB, Google n other US Apps. Nowadays, I only follow Jim Rickards Blog n Ted Bauman articles....Good video sharing by Col Lawrence Wilkerson, James Bradley for Iran, US n understand China, USA history.

If u worry about geopolitical conflict or not, watch shares of Lockheed Martin. I spiked during the last Iraq War,...its trending up last 6 months. Hence, my reservations to immediately jump into stocks.

I hold substantial Singtel  & Genting Sgp shares for dividends n speculative buy respectively, also currency hedging. Eagerly watching Ocbc, Amazon, Alibaba.

I love Asnb, but think KLSE is rigged, held up by Kwsp, KWAP, PNB, (just repeating what you, Sis Nexona, Elder Believe,...) shared.
