For those investors nearing 55 or early 50s...you have best of both world. i personally think putting $ into EPF, rathan than asnb FP.
EPF funds are diversified overseas, I feel EPF will outperform asnb FP short term.
Again, Unker kay-poh only, but if there's doubt.... Unker did put $ where the mouth is....in fact diligently maxed EPF last couple of years.

Auntie success rate for last 2 weeks has dropped to <$10k/week. Alamak, actually reflective of Unker performance because I took over the investing task, due to medical leave. (actually 1st time, 1 month off-work, after 31 years working life)... No wine, no red meat, no ice, no eggs... very xian life.
Unker thinking to adopt a wait n see attitude, or to channel some unproductive $ into FD. FYI, there's a lowyat forum dedicated to FD. Another good credit card/FD blogger is genxgenygenz.
