Last time I checked with asnb , counter is open although sembayang time ,in fact Friday around 12pm to 2pm is the hardest to get unit. I oso don't know y.


Bank open till 4pm , but pos office haven't close yet .

From my experience , Monday to Thursday 9.30 to 3.30pm is worth it spend time try captcha.
