Just to open account and buy FP fund? Any VP fund will do. If want to invest, don't look at VP fund, performance no good.

QUOTE(Ancient-XinG- @ Nov 15 2018, 09:56 PM) Woot Woot. The term is limited. Gold is limited, so it must be expensive. Property land is limited, so it should be expensive. Bitcoin is limited, and you knows the story.Only 1 day no see thread so many reply on props. Now I suppose times had change, flip prop is very old trick to get rich. And Developer is the one causing this. Physical gold, props. All not viable. Rental market also kena press. Mainly because our gov no any regulation on it and prop owner always at losing end. I also fedup with my tenant. So many troubles. Post 2014, the price also stagnant for some sub urb. But some ong place the price still shoot up. Unless the town really dead la. Props? Better go REITS! It was the same reason the speculative investors flip the price. |

QUOTE(propertyowner @ Nov 16 2018, 12:29 AM) If u did the study or have some knowledge in trade markets, REIT is different from ASTRO. With almost the same return, while I agree that REIT is relatively low risk, but ASNB got no risk. REIT can buy anytime, ASNB cannot. Also SUNREIT for instance, its capital is relatively stable with consistent dividend payout. This explains which is more preferable for most people. |

QUOTE(lucifah @ Nov 16 2018, 10:56 AM) nope. it's not a mystery. it is just fully subscribed. that's all Asm2 and asm3 also fully subscribed. But as long as people selling, then I could get. Usually within 30 mins attempts could get.even ASB2 once also kena fully subscribed due to very limited fund size, even though the limit is 200k per account u just have to accept that there's many of cash rich investors outisde (and also inside here) For asm it is entirely different case, no forumers here been able to top up even RM 100 for 3 months. |

QUOTE(lucifah @ Nov 16 2018, 11:02 AM) then the simple explanation is that the current subsrcibed amount > 94% of the fund size liao This reason sounds acceptable. that's why they are freezing it since a dividend announcement of 6% will most likely exceed the fund size liao so they only allow withdrawals at the moment like i explained before, it happened with ASB2 few months back that's the only explanation i can extract from PNB officers E.g. ASM fund size previously 100, now 95 (losing money in bursa, who knows). And current subscribed amount is 90. QUOTE(lucifah @ Nov 16 2018, 11:04 AM) plus, why want to aim for ASM when ASM2 & ASM3 gives equally the same return rates? Different dividend date. But I am helping to reason out why cannot subscribe only, not I desperately want asm.i dont understand at all |

QUOTE(DBHILUHDAQWISRTNJ @ Nov 16 2018, 04:12 PM) S.A.C. Capital Advisors average annual return 30%. Gila. Uncle, this one more well known, Malaysians should know,The company started trading with $25 million in 1992, grew AUM to $16 billion, and became the world's highest-returning hedge fund: SAC averaged annual returns of 30% net of fees under a 3% management fee and 50% performance fee from 1992 to 2013. https://www.investopedia.com/university/gre...georgesoros.asp The Soros Fund eventually became the Quantum Fund, and along the way Soros built his company into an aggressive and highly successful hedge fund that sported average annual returns of more than 30% per year. On two separate occasions, Soros’ fund posted gains of more than 100%. |

QUOTE(propertyowner @ Nov 16 2018, 06:10 PM) Ya always good to have some sort of diversification. It is easy only starting this few years. To some point, I still think it is "easy" to get ASM as long we are consistent enough to purchase it online. In a month anyone can also reach his purchase target. Many of my coliqs did it from zero to 6 digits and eventually they also get bored topping up anymore. Lol Manually key in of course bored.. some more previously can enter 4-5 digits per try due to a lot of bullets, now less bullets, 3-4 digits per try, and time used is the same, who doesn't bore... |

QUOTE(propertyowner @ Nov 16 2018, 06:27 PM) Sometimes 3 digits are a waste of time. Well, for me is the same. I don't spend any time on captcha game.Just accumulate till 8888 or 9999 as baseline and we will get through 6 digit in ASNB by less than 10 counts. Some ppl "use" their interns / SL1M during ofc hour to key in captcha and it even faster. I am just reason out why your colleagues feel bored, after accumulating 6 digits. |

QUOTE(propertyowner @ Nov 16 2018, 06:39 PM) True. And surprisingly many still not aware of myASNB online portal. Not everyone got free time to top up. Even they know, might not always have extra money.Hence will be over excited at the beginning and tend to slow down afterwards. Feel it is cute to note but it's true to observe. Haha |
