Now I suppose times had change, flip prop is very old trick to get rich. And Developer is the one causing this. Physical gold, props. All not viable.

Rental market also kena press. Mainly because our gov no any regulation on it and prop owner always at losing end. I also fedup with my tenant. So many troubles.

Post 2014, the price also stagnant for some sub urb. But some ong place the price still shoot up. Unless the town really dead la.

If u did the study or have some knowledge in trade markets, REIT is different from ASTRO.

Also SUNREIT for instance, its capital is relatively stable with consistent dividend payout.

nope. it's not a mystery. it is just fully subscribed. that's all

even ASB2 once also kena fully subscribed due to very limited fund size, even though the limit is 200k per account

u just have to accept that there's many of cash rich investors outisde (and also inside here)

then the simple explanation is that the current subsrcibed amount > 94% of the fund size liao

that's why they are freezing it since a dividend announcement of 6% will most likely exceed the fund size liao

so they only allow withdrawals at the moment

like i explained before, it happened with ASB2 few months back

that's the only explanation i can extract from PNB officers

plus, why want to aim for ASM when ASM2 & ASM3 gives equally the same return rates?
