The modem need to be returned after the contract, wonder if there any penalty for not returning it after 24 months.
It seems more like a lifetime contract unless you return the B618.
*
Penalty? Of course lah

Remaining month of contract PLUS THE PRICE OF THE MODEM

AND THE MODEM NEED TO BE RETURNED AS WELL

GO DIE LA

ITS'S NOT YOUR PROPERTY BUT YOU STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE MODEM IF YOU TERMINATE EARLY.

Can we SUE Celcom for being a theft here?

You incur the cost upfront on your customer but claim the CPE is your own property.

Who is the legal THEFT here?

QUOTE(duckmanV @ Jul 31 2019, 02:30 PM)
You can't sue them, because it's legal and u signed the contract
*
If someone here subscribed to celcom home broadband when it is introduced and managed to get a copy of the contract then maybe they have a case

Anyway, lets not derail this thread any further

If you follow onexox fb they are trying to stop digi from offering these plans by reporting to skmm

Probably one of reason why digi offer is getting less

Why XOX pulak? Did anybody MNP from Infinite plans to XOX?
*
Some really want to mnp (use new no, get discount etc), some just want to get calls from customer retention offer

Because of customer loss, they are urging dealer to ask the mnp user to lodge report to skmm

Well, whatever it is, it's still falls under customer's decision to accept or decline the offer.
*
They are simply following the skmm rules though, but quite unfair for customers who are loyal because only the people leaving gets the offers

Remember the maxis fiasco? Digi don't have big backlash because their plan is reasonably priced in the first place

I m surprised they are willing to port you out despite you being a loyal customer who always speaks out for Digi. They are not listening to us. All telcos are giving discounts but Digi not especially to loyal subscribers.
*
They probably getting a lot of skmm report from that one telco since they are heavily against other telco offering to people who want to port out

^ LOL look at this maxis staff bashing here and there about digi in all digi thread but when somebody points out maxis is bad in calling 300GB fup as unlimited yet unresettable therefore getting throttled at night unlike digi where you can reset after 1TB of usage and getting full speed again, then suddenly all Telco is equally same congested at night. I'm sorry your maxis thread not laku here and even at broadband section that you need to go lurkingaround and bash other telcos

Finally getting my unifi. Gonna terminate my infinite150 soon.. now wondering what should I do with my tplink mr6400. Is it better than unifi's router?

Not answering your q, but...

Have you considered transferring ownership of i150 to your family members who need them?

Or try selling the sim to people who lives nearby, since you need to be present to transfer ownership

This sim is rare stuff yo
